Andrea is the strategic and operational lead at Studio Doma, bringing over a decade of experience across finance, management and organisational design in a range of professional settings.

She specialises in governance, financial strategy and business operations, and has contributed to organisations of varied scale and complexity across fund management, private equity services, accounting and operational consulting contexts.

​

Before co-founding Studio Doma, Andrea worked in senior financial and management roles, including Financial Controller and Finance Manager positions, where she led teams, refined systems and managed complex financial and regulatory environments. Her experience also includes overseeing institutional portfolios, implementing process automation initiatives and advising small businesses through her operational consulting work.

With a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and ongoing Executive MBA studies, Andrea brings a strong analytical foundation to her work. Her approach is shaped by strategic thinking, clarity of process and a commitment to building resilient and transparent systems that support long-term practice growth.
